Green Energy Live, Inc. Announces that it has a patent pending on a Direct Steam Injection Heater with Integrated reactor and Boiler apparatus for heating viscous slurry in small-scale ethanol conversion installations.

Green Energy Live plans to revolutionize small to medium ethanol production with a direct steam injection apparatus for a gas and liquid having an integrated boiler for starch liquefaction. During the process of preparing ethanol from starches such as those found in corn grain, the carbohydrates comprising the starches must undergo a number of process stages preparing for a saccharide, such as glucose for final fermentation.

This new self contained bio fuel conversion system will allow Green Energy Live to implement its ambitious growth strategy in markets that were previously untapped.
